Naphtha  is a name given to colorless, volatile and flammable liquid hydrocarbon mixtures obtained during the  distillation of crude oil under atmospheric conditions  (30 °C – 170 °C). The word naphtha has  historically   been used in Baku and Iran to designate a type of light oil spill that reaches the earth's surface.
